Choosing a Location

LGS Home Builders offers an on-site assistance to assess the land and recommend what it would take to build one of our homes. We can also advise on purchase price. This allows families to get expert advice and construction planning before making a decision concerning land acquisition. The ability to assess improvement cost is as much a part of choosing the land to build a home on as the price for the land itself.
