Construction Process

Our construction processes consists of elements that are very similar to that of site built construction.  It is the efficiency and pace of the modular construction process that reduces cost of construction.

• Land is selected and graded to accommodate the desires of the homeowner.
• A foundation is then constructed and waterproofed prior to crane setting and securing modules of the home together.
• Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Air, Trim-out, and floor covering processes follow until the home is completed.
• A final walk-thru is performed by the owner with the customer to acknowledge the completion of quality construction.
• A closing with the bank is performed.
• Family begins life in their new dream home.

The construction of the modules is inspected by state inspectors during their construction.  The site work is also inspected by local inspectors insuring the quality of construction meet NC state building codes.
