The Heartland III XL is a spacious modular home design offering 2,089 square feet of thoughtfully expanded living space. As a larger version of the original Heartland III floor plan, the “XL” designation reflects its added depth from front to back, creating more room in the kitchen, main living areas, and the primary suite. This enhanced layout provides extra comfort and functionality for homeowners throughout the Piedmont Triad, including Lexington, Winston-Salem, and surrounding communities in Southwest Virginia.
